Just about every show I've photographed has an interesting story to go along with it also, like the Marilyn Manson show at the Hordern Pavillion in 2007 where the photographers were given VERY strict warnings from the large, intimidating bodyguard:

"Listen up! You have a 2 song limit. You must choose a spot to shoot from and stay there. You may never cross over to the other side. You must stay at least a metre away from the stage. You may never, ever go directly in front of Marilyn Manson, at ANY time. He has a large butcher's knife on the end of his microphone which he likes to swing around. If it gets you, you will be hurt"

YIKES! And if that wasn't bad enough, the 10 or so of us very nervous photographers were also having threats called out to us from the front row fanatics:

"If any of you f#@$ing photographers get in our way, we're gonna punch you in the back of the head!"

Certainly never a dull moment!
