I do admit that I did question myself on whether or not to publish that blog simply because I didn't want to come across as an I'm-so-serious, chip-on-my-shoulder, blog-police cow - but seriously, I'm just really sick of people trampling over others without thinking about the greater consequence.

No, the victim of the blog in question will probably never read those attacks, but it still adds to this destructive obsession with physical perfection that the majority of the media has. There's no need for it. Just because it (sadly) exists, doesn't mean that we, as aspiring writers, need to add fuel to the fire.

So, thank you for the comment and back up. Don't ever be afraid to voice your opinion especially if you feel something is unjust. Your response to the scalper was great.

Ive gone waaaayy too over my downloads at home so I'll have to check out your video when I pop into Uni. How did you find our lovely, not so sunny newcastle? Im so devastated I couldn't go- wicko park is literally 100m from my apartment.. I managed to somehow snake press passes and everything and thought it was next weekend!! I was booked to do a gig in Coolangatta :( I did a video about that though, you can check it out here though if you want- this was what I was doing instead of buttering up my fatness!! Oh, I wish I was there. Jealous much.

That's a lovely compliment! :) So I've checked out your gig snaps and I'm pretty sure they put everyone elses to shame - they are amazing! I particularly like the ones of Patience from The Grates - I love her! I was at a Josh Pyke gig a while ago and got talking to some random dude, and he was telling me how he used to date her before she was in The Grates and he wished they had never broken up because she was such a cool person. Poor chap! He was a bit devastated, haha. I would be too! Good luck with the competition :)

Haha James is ok, I’ve met him a few times and he’s pretty alright :) Used to run into him at tafe too while he was buying shit coffee. I was going to apply for the pass for those awards, but ended up going home and playing 007 instead. It’s odd, my brother is pretty much OCD when it comes to study, but he’s wasting so much time doing shitall. He’s the least stressed person I’ve even seen sit the exams, but he’s one of those obsessive straight A kids. So weird.

haha, yes. Unfortunately that is me...hence why I don’t really frequent the forums that much. But it's only really ever James/The fool who says that...so can't really take it all too seriously haha. He's probably on here some place no doubt... and is now going to bust a cap in my ass. I’m alright. Editing photos as we speak...I have been fighting over the pc with a hscing brother. It’s proving to be impossible to find a moment he is not demanding the computers use. I think I will be happier than he will be when it’s all over haha.
